Okinawa, Japan, December 5-7, 2012
Technically Cosponsored by IEICE Technical Committee on Computer Systems (pending approval) and by IEEE Hiroshima Section (pending approval)
Introduction
International Conference on Networking and Computing will serve as a forum for scientists and engineers of academy and industry around the world to exchange and discuss the latest research findings in all aspects of networking and computing including parallel and distributed systems, architectures, and applications. In addition to technical sessions consisting of contributed papers, the conference will include invited presentations, a poster session, tutorials, and workshops. We believe that participants will get new ideas and research results of networking and computing. Following ICNC'10 in Hiroshima, ICNC'11 in Osaka, the Third International Conference on Networking and Computing will be held in Okinawa from December 5-7, 2012.
Okinawa is one of Japan's southern prefectures, which consists of hundreds of the Ryukyu Islands in a chain over 1,000 kilometres long extending southwest from Japan's main island to Taiwan. Unlike other parts of Japan, Okinawa has unique culture influenced by China. In particular, foods, textile, architectural structure vary from traditional Japanese. Okinawa has a UNESCO Word Heritage site called “Gusuku Sites and Related Properties of the Kingdom of Ryukyu.” Please see Okinawa Tourist Information for the details of Okinawa tourism.
